PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bartek Serafinski, a specialist in marketing and brand development, joined Laboratory & Co as a partner and has taken the role of a Head of Business Development. Previously he was a Managing Partner of a leading brand consultancy Stratosfera Added Value and worked in advertising agencies in UK and Poland. Bartek pioneered brand consulting in Central and Eastern Europe. During his career he led a number of successful projects including a new brand launch campaign awarded Grand Prix Effie. He is a frequent speaker in marketing conferences and has written a number of publications including Harvard Business Review Poland. Ex pro-sailor, winner of Admirals Cup 1997 (Team USA).
